Cherry
Cherry is an educational menstrual cycle tracking app designed to help users understand their phases and manage their hormonal fluctuations throughout the month.
Problem Statement
Despite the availability of numerous period-tracking apps, there is a significant gap in the market for a comprehensive menstrual cycle app that provides tailored support and reminders throughout the entire menstrual cycle. There is a need for a menstrual cycle app that not only tracks periods but also provides personalized notifications and resources aligned with each stage of the menstrual cycle. This app aims to empower women by facilitating informed decision-making and proactive self-care throughout their entire menstrual journey.

Future Steps
Improving Accuracy of Phase Predictions
We will need to look at refining the algorithm used for phase prediction to enhance the accuracy of cycle phase determinations.
Enhancing Customization Options
We will prioritize the development of features that allow users to input specific symptoms or preferences, providing a more personalized experience.
Continued Focus on Educational Content
We need to provide high-quality educational content aimed at helping users better understand their menstrual cycles and manage symptoms effectively.
Integration Improvements
We will also need to explore opportunities to enhance the integration with other health and fitness apps, ensuring seamless data syncing and interoperability for a more holistic view of users' overall health and well-being.
Development
We will be using Angular as our framework. We might run into challenges with Angular, because React is a more popular framework, making it difficult to find solutions to our problems online. In case we run into major issues with Angular, we will switch to React. We will also constantly commit our work to prevent lost progress in case we run into further issues.
